It's a quiet secure hotel with wonderful staff members. This place is in a good location so close to public transport. There is Irene's Pantry nearby for a cup of coffee.

Friendly staff, great location near termini. Several reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. Room was very modern and wifi was fast.

No english channels on the tv. Bedside lamp burned out but they didn't have the bulb to replace - made it hard to read while other person was sleeping. These are minor things though; overall I was happy.

Christine gave my son and I a very warm welcome and I thought it was two rooms but two twin beds was put together. Christine set up another room immediately for us.

No English speaking channels on the television and I think there should be more due to Canadians, Americans and other personnel that speaks English language.

The property manager was very friendly and attempted to provide as much information as possible about the accommodations and its surrounding area. She was also accessible. It was great that the facility provided internet access.

The furniture could have been a little more up to date.
